Small real estate company seeks property management

We are a small real estate company and are looking for comprehensive property management for our own high-quality office properties and practice rooms, which currently cover over 7,500 m², and an apartment building. The properties are used for commercial purposes (some of which are eligible for input tax deduction, some of which are not, e.g., doctors) and as apartments.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Real estate management
• Accounting
• Service charge settlement
• Reporting
• Controlling
• Planned costs
• Rental agreements
• Optional document management system
• Modular structure, if necessary
• Can also be a web-based solution

One software workstation is planned.
