Small hotel seeks hotel booking software

We operate a guesthouse with a hotel and restaurant and would now like to offer our seven hotel rooms on our website, allowing our guests to book directly. We are looking for booking software for this purpose. Currently, our rooms are available on an online hotel reservation portal (but only 20%) or can be booked directly by calling us or sending us an email.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Integration with our website
• A questionnaire should appear asking which rooms (single or double) should be booked and for when, requesting data (name, address, email) and information about the price, when arrival and departure are possible, the cancellation policy, and our opening hours
• We must be able to change the room quotas manually.
• At the end of the booking process, a confirmation email with an overview of the details and the amount to be paid should be sent to the person making the booking.
• An email should also be sent to our email address with all the details of the booking.
• Ideally, billing should be done via our catering software; if this is not possible, we will have to restructure.
• Optional: online payment via credit card or PayPal.
• Windows-compatible.

One software workstation is planned.
