We recently started operating a guest house with four rooms in the Maldives and are looking for a reservation and booking program.

The software should meet the following requirements:

  • Occupancy plan
  • Customer file
  • Invoices including GreenTax (local tax) and 12% Tourism Goods & Services Tax (VAT) and 10% service charge
  • These should be storable in Excel spreadsheets so that we have the figures at the end of the month
  • Dialog language English and German
  • Optional connection to a booking portal
  • Ideally web-based
  • Cost-effective solution

Three software workstations are planned (1 in Germany, 2 in the Maldives).
