Small electrical company seeks planning and evaluation system

For a company in the electrical industry, mainly providing technical services and trading in electrical and electronic products, I am looking for a comprehensive and complex planning and evaluation system that takes into account key business figures from accounting and dunning as well as warehousing.

The software must meet the following requirements:

• Employee planning, efficient and complex evaluation, and information about employee utilization and efficiency
• Smooth work planning
• Profit situation over a period of time, efficient and complex evaluation, and information about the earnings situation
• An interface to the existing warehouse management program would be advantageous
• Optionally runnable on mobile devices
• Windows-compatible

Is this effort possible and affordable in a craft business?

Six to twelve software workstations are planned.
