We are a small bed and breakfast hotel with 10 beds and are looking for a new PMS (property management system).
The software must be able to perform the following tasks:
- Cloud-based access
- Booking management including channel management for Expedia, booking.com, Deskline, and our own bookings via the website
- Cash register system including extras billing, split invoices, deposit management, automatic reminders for outstanding payments
- Automated quote generation with tool for Facebook and website; manage arrangements
- Booking tool, self-configurable (including barrier-free booking) that can be integrated into the existing website (e.g., html)
- Connection to online payment providers (PayPal, credit card)
- Online check-in, registration form printing
- DATEV interface, data exportable
- Marketing and management reports (occupancy, turnover, deposit overview, etc.)
- Tourist tax billing
- Notification of new bookings
- Seasonal prices, discounts easily changeable
- Automatic messages to guests based on check-in, check-out, etc.; configurable templates
- Important! Clear and intuitive to use without lengthy training! Help hotline available
- Multiple languages supported (at least English, French, Spanish, and Dutch)
- The price should be in line with the expected revenue
The following features would be desirable:
- Landing page so that guests are directed to a hotel homepage with links, etc. when they log into the Wi-Fi
- Planning of cleaning and administrative tasks
- Newsletter dispatch and management
- Yield management vouchers
- iCal compatible
- CRM: Guest management with the option to enter their preferences
Two software workstations (reception + office) are planned.
