Shipping software needed for a fruit and vegetable wholesaler

We are looking for a forwarding software for our fruit and vegetable wholesale business. The system is also to be used in future for our Italian company in Bolzano. The aim is to simplify the daily process in the forwarding business, to display details automatically by the system and to no longer create Excel lists.

The software should support the following functions

• Manual order entry, i.e. one-time creation of customer data in the system
• Storage of freight rates in the system, i.e. no manual invoicing
• Generation of route plans
• Required paperwork (waybills, cartage, borderos, loading lists, advice notes, etc.) should be created at the touch of a button once the planned tour has been created
• Traceability: Each recorded shipment should receive its own shipment number
• Mapping of freight orders
• Finding shipments by customer, date or zip code
• Current status of freight volume and tour status (in planning, in delivery, delivered)
• Evaluation tool (customer, turnover, quantity, etc.)
• Planned tours should be able to be changed flexibly
• Scheduling (planned number, zip code area, date, customer, etc.)
• Transport orders should be created automatically by the system after a tour has been scheduled
• Customer-specific freight rates
• Display open shipments/parcels in certain areas (not toured)

The software is to be used at 1-5 workstations.
