Service provider seeks software for an e-commerce platform and inventory management

We are a service company and are looking for a new solution that serves as both a purchasing platform and a warehouse management system. Our current inventory management software is reaching its limits.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Supplier database
• Supplier qualification
• Certificate management
• Product catalog
• Order management
• Complaint management system
• Inbound goods and goods distribution management with integration with barcode scanners
• Multiple warehouse locations (max. 5)
• Continuous inventory
• DATEV interface for consumption analysis across the various main cost centers
• Windows-compatible
• Integration of service or maintenance contracts, if applicable
• Optional migration or data transfer from the existing inventory management software

Approximately 25 software workstations are planned.
