As a training institute in the healthcare sector, we are looking for suitable software to organize our courses, which are also held at our partners’ facilities.
This software should meet the following requirements:
- Maintenance and entry of contact information for our private and corporate clients
- Public course dates should be exported to the company website
- In-house training sessions and non-public dates should, of course, be visible only internally
- Booking of courses via an import function for online registrations from the company website and manually
- Sending registration confirmations, invitations including invoices, hotel lists, and directions to customers
- Invoice generation based on a specific booking or via a shop that requires different invoice templates
- Printing of training certificates and licenses, including assigned license numbers and their expiration dates, for our participants
- When viewing a contact, all courses that have been booked should be visible, as well as whether the person attended them
- Courses take place at various locations and partner institutions; improvement of planning details
- Scheduled courses should be easily accessible to partners, competitors, and speakers (possibly via a type of extranet)
- Runs on MS Windows 10
- Optional migration or data transfer from existing customer management software
Six to seven software workstations are planned.
