Service provider in the advertising materials sector seeks order processing

We are a service provider in the field of advertising material distribution with more than 100,000 products for individual printing. We accept orders for printing items, prepare a quote with printing costs, and forward the order to the respective manufacturer. To optimize our administrative tasks, we require order processing and, in some cases, accounting software (export must be possible). We also work with Magento, and the data should be updated via an interface. This requires that the CSV data supplied to us can be permanently updated via interfaces to our manufacturers. These also provide information such as stock levels, weight, etc.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Record customer inquiries
• Create quotes with images
• Place orders with the manufacturer (who prints the goods)
• Order, delivery note, and invoice creation
• Record incoming invoices
• Account assignment and Fibuexport (DATEV) of incoming and outgoing invoices
• Data update via interfaces or import
• Compatible with Magento
• Cloud or on-premises solution possible

Currently, 15 software workstations are required - should be able to grow without any problems.
