Service provider for the water sector seeks scheduling software for sewage sludge disposal

We are a southern German service provider for municipal drinking water supply and wastewater treatment and are looking for scheduling software for sewage sludge disposal. We do not have our own fleet of vehicles; we work with various transport companies.

We have the following requirements for the software:

• Input of delivery quantities (priority or urgency factor) from sewage treatment plants and their meter readings
• Input of the acceptance quantities of the power plants
• Input of sewage sludge analyses
• Input of the dispatch numbers of the power plants
• Transport optimization, while complying with the analysis requirements of the power plants (not all sewage sludge can be transported to every power plant)
• Flexible change options to be able to react quickly and easily to power plant failures and short-term changes
• Support for scheduling by automating processes (sending scheduling orders; creating standing orders, etc.)
• Recording of transported quantities
• Processing of this data (plan/actual comparison, cost and profit calculations, exporting data for further processing)
• SaaS solution is the goal
• Optional:
• Management of service contracts
• Management of analysis results and reminders for refreshment (depending on transport quantity and time)
• Management and planning of sewage sludge interim storage facilities, as well as their cost calculation

Two to three software workstations are planned.
