Service company seeks CRM software with workflow management

We are a service provider specializing in management consulting and auditing, among other services, and are looking for a CRM system with workflow management.

The solution should meet the following requirements:

• Management of clients and client information
• Address management – including management of parent and subsidiary addresses (e.g., for a holding company as a client)
• Document management (e.g., quotes)
• Workflow process management
• Mail merges
• Bulk emails
• Interfaces to MS Excel and DATEV
• Windows-compatible
• Optionally multi-client and multi-branch capable

We plan to have 30–40 software workstations.
