Further requirements are
- Interface for ELO-Professional for document storage
- Quotation / calculation - order - invoice - dunning - incoming payments - controlling
- Flat-rate contracts (with monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual + individual orders)
- Breakdown into cost centers (approx. 12 cost centers)
- Management and simple query of the outgoing invoice ledger broken down by cost centers and costs and revenues
- Recording of incoming invoices in ERP system + filing in ELO Professional - for control purposes and invoicing (consumables), allocation to cost centers
- Orders - in addition to service, customer, etc., names of the employees to be assigned, hours, any equipment, materials and individual notes (e.g. “Please call the office first”)
- Multi-client capability (2 offices)
- Manual adjustment of the invoice date
- Subsequent modification of invoices
- Free entry of “articles / services” (min. 500 items)
- Recording of stock of goods with notification that an order is to be triggered if the quantity is exceeded and simple further invoicing (material consumption of cleaning agents)
- Resubmission dates (e.g. regular glass cleaning every 6 weeks)
- Notes on individual customers (CRM)
- Create customers with different addresses and contact persons

- If necessary, duty scheduling with 50 employees and approx. 200 objects that have to be approached at different times of day and processed with different services (janitor services: sweeping, putting out garbage cans, mowing the lawn, etc.), employees have different weekly hours + customer objects have different service hours, which must be mapped logically.
