Seminar provider seeks seminar management

We are a certified seminar provider in the healthcare sector, operating primarily nationwide, with seminars for approximately 10 to 20 participants each, and we are looking for seminar management software.

The solution should be able to meet the following requirements:

• Customer management (companies, private individuals)
• Sales (via external telephone agencies)
• Seminar management
• Lecturer or trainer management
• Support for scheduling via MS Outlook
• Order processing
• Approximately 150 seminars at companies (sales via distribution)
• 50 seminars in hotels (interested parties who contact us themselves by telephone or via our website)
• Invoicing
• Multi-client capability would be an advantage
• Optional web interface
• Transfer or migration of master data from the existing seminar management solution
• Windows-compatible

We plan to have 5-10 software workstations for internal staff (administration, accounting, and sales) and 15 external trainers who work on a fee basis. Only the internal staff would work with the new seminar management system on a permanent basis.
