Seeking software for material requisition requests in the foundry industry

We operate in the metal casting industry and are looking for software to create, edit, and process electronic (material) requisition requests.

The following functions should be supported:

• Creating electronic requisition requests
• Editing of requisition requests by the purchasing department
• Integration of requisition requests with an existing ERP system (in-house solution) to trigger the order
• Sending the requisitions as inquiries to suppliers

Additional requirements are desired in the future (optional):

• Analyses of inventory levels, order quantities, and consumption (data from ERP)
• Monitoring and calculating stock coverage, inventory turnover, and optimal order quantities

Approximately 25–30 software workstations are planned.
