Seeking remote maintenance software (remote desktop connection) for approximately 4,000 workstations

We are looking for remote maintenance software (remote desktop connection) for our public sector organization in order to potentially restructure our remote maintenance operations.

The following requirements should be met:

• Clear connection management
• Integration options for LDAP (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol) and Active Directory
• Monitoring options for the remote desktop session host server using a system resource manager
• The ability to establish, manage, and monitor a remote desktop connection
• Screen capture
• Remote diagnostics
• PC/Windows-based
• MacOS
• File transfer and multi-monitor support would be optional

Integration with an existing ticketing system would also be desirable. It is still unclear which protocol will be used for data transfer.

We have experience with TeamViewer (currently version 9).

Approximately 4,000 software workstations are planned.
