Security and construction service provider seeks industry-specific or comprehensive solution

We are a security and construction service provider based in southern Germany and are looking for an industry-specific or comprehensive solution. We offer services such as the rental of security technology (e.g., cameras), patrol services (construction site surveillance), construction logistics, construction services, and building cleaning.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Mobile time recording (app/own employee access)
• Personnel files (payroll accounting, hours, etc.)
• Merchandise management - warehousing, inventory of objects, rental
• Invoices - measurements, partial invoices (VERY IMPORTANT)
• automatic creation of delivery note invoices, etc.
• simple evaluation of all open items with reminders
• user-friendly, no complicated software
• local installation or web-based

Two software workstations are planned. Work is carried out using MS Windows systems in the LAN and mobile devices (iOS and Android).
