Search for project management software for software and portal development

We develop and operate various Internet projects. We have now accumulated well over 1000 ideas and suggestions for the further development and design of the portals.

We are looking for project management software to manage these ideas and suggestions.

We have the following requirements for the software:

• All ideas should be accessible via navigation
• Further points for each idea should be clearly accessible in a detailed view:
• Idea
• Implementation plan (notes to programmers and references)
• Web design
• Discussion (also decoupled from the ideas in forums)
• Tasks
• Documentation (programmer code)
• History of responsibility (can be changed and can also go to several people)
• Screenshot of the publication
• Comment function for corrections
• Status display, e.g. pending, acceptance
• It should be possible to create a task from the implementation plan
• Tasks should be delegable, prioritizable and groupable
• Tasks should have deadlines
• Tasks should have a link back to the ideas

Further requirements are

• Logged-in users should be recognizable and communicate availability if necessary
• Voting function
• E-mail notification when a new task is created/changed or a responsibility is assigned.
• Mapping of the workflow and logging of responsibilities

The software should run on approx. 8 workstations.
