We are a retail company operating across Europe and are looking for a document management system (DMS) for our headquarters in Germany.

The software must meet the following requirements:

  • Assignment of rights (writing, reading)
  • Document processing up to approval
  • Contract management
  • Automatic reminders
  • Text recognition, OCR
  • Keyword indexing
  • Migration or transfer of data from the old system
  • A solution that is established on the market
  • On-premises or web-based
  • DATEV-compatible

The digital signature feature is not necessary.

Approximately 20 software workstations are planned. We work with MS Windows systems.
