I am looking for a POS merchandise management solution for new and used goods (commission sales) for my retail business in the sporting goods sector, which is currently being set up.

The software should meet the following requirements:

  • Customer management
  • Supplier management
  • Consignment sales
  • Cash register sales
  • Cash register hardware (cash drawer, possibly display, receipt printer, barcode scanner, card reader for EC/credit cards, etc.)
  • Receipt creation
  • Invoicing
  • Additional merchandise management features (warehouse, item management, barcode scanning)
  • Commission mapping (share of consignor, commission agent), as the focus would be on second-hand goods
  • Assignment of sales to suppliers
  • Search queries
  • Interfaces to accounting (Lexoffice)
  • Interface to .csv, if necessary
  • Suitable for home office
  • Local installation or web-based

The POS hardware could also come from another provider, e.g., a partner company. In addition to working at the POS workstation in the store, I also intend to work from home.

One or two software workstations are therefore planned. The system will run on MS Windows.
