We are a trading company and are looking for an inventory management system with shop integration. As a supplier of advertising materials, we mainly operate in drop shipping (no warehousing), with our main suppliers based in China.

The software must meet the following requirements:

  • Goods receipt
  • Delivery
  • Stock levels and inventory (warehouse management)
  • Workflow (own workflow setup if possible)
  • Templates, forms, system texts
  • Document storage, receipts, e-mail (document management)
  • Print jobs
  • Media management
  • Representative management
  • User and rights management
  • Value lists (M-System) => value list editor
  • Task assignment and “project management activities”
  • Reporting or evaluations (option to design your own individual reports)

  • Data transfer from the old system
  • The solution should preferably run in a cloud and include the option of web access.
  • Customization (masks, fields, value lists) possible,
  • i.e., we need a system in which we can make adjustments ourselves without having to contact an external service provider every time.
  • Data import/export (e.g., price lists from suppliers)
  • Custom design of documents (logo, text modules)
  • Optional employee management

We need approximately 20 licenses.
