We are a small trading and service company and are looking for a merchandise management system to replace two existing legacy systems, one being standard software for trading and the other being very old custom software for services.
The software should meet the following requirements:
- Customer management
- Item management
- Warehouse management
- Purchasing (storage of purchase prices, supplier master data)
- Price and item storage for wholesale and retail
- Invoicing
- Quotes
- Orders
- Delivery notes
- Invoices
- Additionally for the service sector (vehicle preparation) order => when entering vehicles, a distinction is made between new cars, used cars, demonstration cars, etc. Since many of our customers have different cost centers, the program should be able to issue a separate invoice for each.
- A shop connection would be an advantage.
- Windows-compatible
- Migration or data transfer from legacy systems is not necessary (we will do this ourselves)
- The existing accounting system is to be “outsourced” to the tax advisor
