We are a trading and service company operating in the printing and media industry. We are looking for ERP software for the following functional areas:

  • Sales of equipment, including service, maintenance, and spare parts
  • Sales of office supplies (online store)
  • Provision of various media services (printing)
  • Digitization and archiving of documents and files
  • Distribution of standard software
  • Software projects

The ERP’s functional scope must cover the entire order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes. In addition, it must include CRM functionalities, project management (core function), and service processing (including mobile) as well as full integration with internal and external accounting. Payroll processing is to be handled externally; however, HR master data and time tracking are required. Project-oriented processes are the main focus and should also be supported by functions for support and a ticketing system. Currently, a CRM, financial accounting, and materials management system, as well as other subsystems (DMS, payment), are in use. These systems are to be replaced by an integrated system. We are open to a SaaS/cloud solution.
