As a research institute, we build bridges between science and practice. One of our projects deals with the distribution of ergonomic diagnostic devices for logistics/assembly companies and is currently developing into a start-up company for which we are looking for a merchandise management system.

We have the following requirements for the software:

  • Warehousing
  • Procurement (overview, ordering processes, etc.)
  • Sales (customers, number of devices sold, invoicing if necessary)
  • Suitable for use in small businesses
  • Easy to learn and use
  • Should be able to grow with the business if necessary (modular design)
  • Customer service and support should be available from the manufacturer
  • Connection to online shop possible (does not have to be included from the start)
  • Preferably a well-known program rather than a niche product
  • A free trial version should be available

Approximately 2-3 software workstations are planned.
