We are looking for rental management software to optimize our business processes for our medium-sized company that rents out temporary structures and restroom containers.
We have the following minimum requirements for the software:
- Quotation generation
- Lease agreement creation
- Scheduling
- Delivery and return slips
- Invoice generation
- Dunning
- Master data management
- The program must be hosted on our own server
- Security: Backup functionality
- Customizable user permissions
- Ability to view which user made a change or entry (change history)
- Various printing options (as PDF or on paper, etc.)
- Future-proofing of the program (common program type) that can be modified and expanded as needed
- Transaction overview, e.g., so that any employee can easily and clearly see the status of a transaction and the last actions performed if the colleague responsible for that transaction is absent
- A test environment should be available
Please offer these features at an additional cost:
- Ability to create general correspondence (letters or manual faxes) via the rental software, so that address and contact information is always stored directly and one can always see which correspondence pertains to which process.
- Ability to create emails and faxes (to be sent via a server; hardware provided by the company) using the leased software. The rest as in point 1.
We require a license for 5 users with the option to expand to approximately 10. Please specify individual prices.
