Renowned food retailer seeks software for IT monitoring and surveillance

We are a thriving food retailer in the premium segment and are looking for software to monitor our IT infrastructure. The current monitoring (excluding endpoints and printers) covers around 100 hosts (including MS Windows VMs, etc.).

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Be clear
• Dynamically recognize services and new hosts
• Support Active Directory (AD) and network protocols
• Monitor hardware, e.g.
• CPU errors or problems
• Hard disk status, notification of hard disk replacement if necessary
• Memory or RAM errors or problems
• Checks for system function overload
• Offer the option of integrating manual checks (e.g., external websites)
• Support email notifications
• Cost less than €1,000 per year
• Optional interface to Docusnap

With regard to mobile devices (smartphones, USB sticks, etc.), both internal and external, there is a separate company policy, so these are not included.

Approximately 10 software workstations are planned. Work is carried out in a client-server network with MS Windows systems (server, clients) and VMware ESX.
