Real estate service company seeks contract management

We are a service provider in the field of hotel operations and real estate company management and are looking for software for contract administration and contract management.

We have the following requirements for the software:

• Electronic files: Overview, management of all contracts (approx. 200):
• Loan agreements
• Security agreements
• Guarantees
• Leasing agreements (excluding motor vehicles, as we already have software for this)
• Archiving of contracts as PDF files
• All correspondence
• Filtering of contracts by term, etc.
• Automatic reminder function via email, e.g., for future contract terminations
• A function that allows repayment plans to be generated for loan agreements would also be desirable (we currently use MS Excel for this)
• As complete as possible data transfer from MS Excel
• Cloud solution preferred

Two to four software workstations are required.
