Real estate developer and manager seeks real estate software

We are a thriving real estate developer and manager and are looking for powerful real estate software. To ensure that all functions are covered, the solution can also be modular in design. It would also be acceptable for part of the software and other software segments to be covered by the provider through its product and service portfolio (e.g., CRM program, but the provider also offers real estate management, asset management, etc. in its portfolio). The option of customization would also be desirable.

The solution should meet the following additional requirements:

• Scalable, if necessary
• Management, e.g.
• Real estate (private, commercial)
• Asset
• Project
• Defects (e.g., defect notification)
• CRM (e.g., for acquisition), contracts
• Project development including project management
• Purchasing
• Sales
• Should also be suitable for home office use
• Web-based or local (on-premises)
• Purchase solution preferred, but rental solution also considered

Approximately 15 software workstations are planned. MS Windows systems will be used.
