We are a real estate developer and manager and are looking for property management software.

The software should meet the following requirements:

  • Master data, management of
    • rental properties
    • condominium owners' association
    • condominium owners' association with SE and commercial properties (SE = special property)
  • Document management
  • SEPA, import of bank transactions
  • At least 600 units (expandable)
  • Number of software workstations expandable
  • Support for mobile devices (app) if necessary
  • Local or web-based (in which case, however, in a German data center)
  • Purchase or rental solution

Three software workstations are planned. We work with MS Windows systems.
