The software should cover the following areas:

- Rental property management
- Condominium management (management of condominium units)
- Special property management
- Document management
- Repair management
- All accounting functions (automatic posting)
- Data migration from the legacy system
- The software should be scalable in terms of the number of management units
Four software workstations are planned.
