Real estate agency (general contractor) seeks commercial software for property management

We are a small real estate agency in southern Germany and invest in new buildings (turnkey construction) and building renovations. We are looking for commercial software for property management for our construction projects. We act as a general contractor and work with craft businesses as well as architecture and engineering firms. We sell real estate.

The solution should meet the following requirements:

• Document entry, fast entry of documents
• Payment entry, fast entry of invoices
• Customer base
• Cash book, (cash register)
• Assignment to cost centers
• Property management (up to 10 per year)
• Invoice assignment to construction sites
• Should also be operable from mobile devices on site, at the construction site
• Optional discounts
• Optional direct connection to the bank for invoices
• User-friendly, easy to use

Three to four software workstations are planned. The computers in the office will run in an MS Windows system environment. Mobile devices will run on iOS.
