We are a radiology group practice with 25 employees and are looking for a new program for recording working hours, which will also be used for creating duty rosters.

We have the following requirements for the software:

  • Time recording should be done on the clients with clock-in/clock-out stamps
  • Employees have very variable working hours, so it would be very desirable to be able to easily define, store, change, and adjust working time and daily time models
  • Monthly evaluation of working hours with regard to overtime, illness, vacation, etc., which is handed out to employees
  • The program should be installed on a Windows server and run on Windows 7 clients; no cloud or mobile solution is desired

We have different workplaces (registration or call center, X-ray, CT, MRI, mammography, screening), which, due to the qualifications required, can only be staffed by a portion of the personnel. Taking this into account, as well as the working hours of the employees, the software should automatically make suggestions for the creation of duty rosters, which can be adjusted if necessary. Suggestions for filling positions should also be made in the event of illness. We imagine “feeding” the program with the parameters of each employee, and then having the program create the duty roster. It would be nice to receive statistics showing how many hours an employee has worked at which workstation in order to identify a balanced workload. Vacation planning should also be supported to ensure that workstations are covered.

Two software workstations are required for administration. The working hours of 25 employees are to be managed. Four additional radiologists are to be taken into account for duty roster creation.
