Purebred poultry breeders' association seeks association management

We are looking for club management software for our non-profit poultry breeders' association, which currently has 70 members. Until now, processes have been managed using paper-based systems. We would like to digitize this in the future.

The software should perform the following tasks:

• Manage members
• Invoice members with individual invoice items such as coop rental, annual membership fee, electricity and water consumption at the coop
• Individual invoice items should be able to be written off in the case of installment payments
• Keeping a cash book (income and expenses) with receipt numbers
• Creating various booking accounts
• Support for scanning receipts, managing scanned receipts
• Clear solution
• No cloud solution, but a single-user version

One software workstation is planned.
