Publisher seeks CRM software

We are a small publishing company in southern Germany specializing in leisure activities and are looking for CRM software that meets the following requirements:

• Quotation creation
• Invoice creation with CSV source file
• Contact data storage
• Electronic communication storage
• Accounts receivable and accounts payable management, i.e., open item management (only a small portion of invoices are paid by bank transfer; the majority are paid by SEPA direct debit)
• Generating statistics
• Web-based or cloud solution
• Support for mobile devices

Two software workstations are planned. We work with Apple systems.
