We manage and maintain an extremely large estate and take care of an extensive portfolio of buildings, interiors, real estate, equipment, and uses (e.g., hunting, fishing). Many contracts and other records and documents must also be managed. In addition to residential and commercial buildings, our portfolio also includes outbuildings and cultural facilities. We also have extensive real estate holdings (land and plots - agricultural land, forests, water bodies, wasteland, etc., as well as building areas and gardens, etc.). Aerial photographs are also used, for example, to create attachments for contracts or documents for building applications. We are looking for powerful property management and real estate software to digitally process and manage all these circumstances and activities.
