We are a property management company and are looking for an ERP system. We currently manage 10 residential units (growing) and 2 commercial units.

The software should meet the following requirements:

  • Master data management
    • Tenants
    • Properties
    • Craftsmen, caretakers
  • Invoicing
    • Quotes
    • Orders
    • Invoices
  • Financial accounting
  • Dunning
  • Controlling
  • Deposit management
  • Service charge settlement (e.g., electricity, heating, garbage, etc.)
  • Interface to the bank (e.g., for direct debits)
  • Asset management
  • Local or web-based

Three software workstations are planned. We work with MS Windows.
