Property management company seeks software for condominium and rental management

We are a property management company with approximately 1,000 apartments and are looking for software that supports us in all aspects of condominium and rental management.

The software should cover the following areas:

• Property management
• Rental property management
• Condominium management
• Master data management
• Collection of resolutions
• Document management
• Service charge settlement and annual statement
• Bookings
• Payment transactions
• Windows-based system

We would like to transfer existing data from an MS Access database. Four software workstations are planned.
