We are a property management company and are looking for software to manage utility billing.
The software should meet the following requirements:
- Operating cost billing (e.g., heating, waste disposal, winter maintenance)
- Suitable for both residential and commercial tenants
- Billing for currently more than 10 units across several different properties, none of which are owner-occupied
- Windows-compatible
- Optional migration or data import from MS Excel
One software workstation is planned.
