Property management company seeks property management software

We are active in the real estate industry and are looking for property management software. We currently manage 28 properties (between 4 and 30 units per property) for two owners.

We have the following requirements for the software:

• Manage tenant data
• Record payments, etc.
• Create operating cost statements
• Special allocation keys must be taken into account (e.g., months x persons); i.e., the allocation keys should be freely selectable and calculations should be possible as in the example or similar

At least three software workstations should be possible.
