Professional and interest association (registered association) is looking for association management software

We are a registered association as a state association or regional professional and interest group and are looking for software for association management.

We also have the following requirements:

• Daily general administrative tasks
• Management of association members in Bavaria, cooperation partners, and other contacts nationwide
• Management of membership fees, donations, and other funds as well as expenses (accounting functions)
• Structuring of data and structured output of data according to criteria that are as flexible and freely selectable as possible (form letters, lists, in Office formats and ideally also as PDFs)
• Option to add new data categories (columns) to data records at a later date
• Ideally, an online solution

Approximately six software workstations are planned for management, employees, and the board of directors.
