Production company seeks warehouse management system

We are looking for a warehouse management system for our industrial coatings manufacturing company, preferably for technical and chemical items. This may ultimately extend to every item in the company that has ever been purchased or for which there is a replacement part. The aim is to achieve a uniform approach to warehousing for all types of items using the same procedure - similar to EAN or ISBN labeling.

We have the following requirements for the software:

• Storage and retrieval of technical and chemical materials or items
• Ability to record items in the field via smartphones (currently being purchased, so apps should be part of the project)
• Availability control, if necessary, via identical recognition or naming of items (automated assignment of unique item numbers)
• Duplicate check
• Batch management
• Interface to SAP if possible
• Cloud-based database solution

We want to start with approx. 4 software workstations, expanded in the intermediate stage to approx. 4 x 9 software workstations in the technical department, rollable out to other locations within the company.
