Production company in the construction and design sector seeks workflow tool

We work in the project and property business in the field of construction and design, producing various properties. We are looking for a software tool that manages and maps the workflow. Initially, this involves a small department (market development) of three people.

We have the following requirements for the tool:

• It should enable us to visualize and document our internal, defined workflows.
• It should be clear and easy to use.
• It should be simple or allow us to easily customize it.
• We work with Windows, so the whole thing should work in a browser or as an app – which we want to make visible and editable for the three of us online on screen and smartphone. Storage of information and, if necessary, files (e.g., PDFs, drawings, image formats, text, etc.).
• Web-based, but not necessarily as a cloud solution.
• The data should be stored on our server if possible.
• Access control, assignment of rights.

Initially, three software workstations with full access are planned, and possibly additional ones with read-only rights.
