Process monitoring software sought for a company in the automotive industry

I am looking for software for a medium-sized company in the automotive industry that can be used to control and monitor file processing. The tool should be browser-based. The task involves processing thousands of 3D models (digital) by different users through several processing stages. It should be possible to assign different user interfaces with different rights to different users. There should also be a user interface where the process manager can see the status of all objects.

To make it a little more concrete, here is an example:

• The process manager assigns 100 objects numbered 1-100 to processor A.
• The processor downloads the data in format A, processes the data, and uploads it.
• During this process, the system checks whether all necessary files are available, whether they have been labeled correctly, and some other text.
• Processor B can log in and see that processor A has finished with their products.
• They can now start downloading the 100 products, process them using their process steps, and upload them back to the server.
• Several checks are also carried out during this process.
• The processors use different tools that are connected via an interface.
• Once the two processing steps have been completed, further processing is carried out automatically by a server.

As mentioned above, it should be possible to view and control the entire process in a management portal. Different statuses should be assigned to each object at different stages of the process. It should also be possible to change the status manually in the backend.

Approximately 10 to 50 people should be able to work on the processes in parallel.
