We are looking for human resources management software for our employees in the print and media production department (administration only).
The following requirements must be met:
- Deadline monitoring (probationary period, length of service, birthdays, etc.)
- Applicant management
- Time recording (terminals and on PCs)
- Ideally with shift planning
- Vacation planning (with department overview and vacation approval structure for currently approx. 200 employees)
- Evaluation options
- Optional data transfer from existing personnel time recording system
- Optional client and branch capability
Two software workstations are planned.
