Plastics industry company seeks project management software including document management

We are a medium-sized plastics manufacturing company and are looking for project management software, including document management, for our development and design department. Currently, both departments use MS OneNote to organize their work. Until now, all data relating to a project has been collected in a OneNote file. However, we want to replace this. Our development department is involved in mold making.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Standalone, no cloud solution!
• Collections for grouping and organizing your team's boards
• Creating lists, cards, members, checklists, and attachments
• Transfer, migration, and execution of various records and documents
• Building a knowledge database
• User-friendly and easy integration of protocols and memos
• Milestone monitoring
• Store forms (guidelines)
• Project diary
• Search attachments or appendices (OCR)
• A modular structure would be desirable (possibly project management, document management, knowledge database)

Approximately 25 software workstations are planned. Work will be carried out in an MS Windows system environment.
