We are a plastics processor specializing in large molded parts and are looking for a production planning and control (PPS) system.

The software should meet the following requirements:

  • Tracking of individual, larger molded parts (up to 5 m long) made of plastic
  • Assignment of article properties in production
  • Production planning
    • Rough planning
    • Detailed planning
  • Tooling
  • Management of over 1,000 item numbers
  • Management of at least 50,000 items produced per year
  • Mapping of stock levels
    • Goods receipt
    • Goods issue
  • Booking in and out via scanner
  • On-premises or web-based

A maximum of approx. 10 software workstations are planned. MS Windows systems are used.
