Plant manufacturer seeks software for qualified electronic signatures (QES)

We are an internationally active plant manufacturer for the mining and metallurgy sectors, among others, and are looking for software for the creation and management of QES (qualified electronic signatures) in the field of EU e-procurement.

The software must meet the following requirements:

• Suitable for use with PKS signature cards (e-signature)
• Signing of offers, documents (PDF, MS Word, MS Excel) – e.g. contracts, commercial invoices, and transport documents
• Sending to customers in EU countries or to the online e-procurement portals of EU countries (public procurement)
• The qualified e-signature should be verifiable with standard products (e.g., Adobe Reader) because we intend to conclude bids and contracts in various EU countries (in Bulgaria, Slovenia, Croatia, Germany) as well as in North Macedonia and Serbia
• Be compatible with the new EU eIDAS regulation
• If the software is also available in German (in addition to English), this would be an advantage (although not essential).
• Windows-compatible

We have three managing directors and one authorized signatory. They all have QES, i.e., four workstations. In addition, there would be a secretarial workstation. This means that five software workstations are required.
