Plant manufacturer seeks HR software or personnel management

We are an internationally positioned plant manufacturer in the field of fuels (tanks, gas storage, but also transport) and are looking for HR software or personnel management.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Digital personnel files
• Employee self-service (web-based)
• Reports and exports
• Document storage
• Preliminary payroll accounting, as this is outsourced to a service provider working with DATEV
• Reminder functions
• Further training
• Access card management
• Interfaces to Navision, DATEV, and tisoware must be possible
• Various access rules
• Full access for administrators
• Restricted full access for managers
• Then employees
• On-premises preferred
• Windows-compatible

The following admin rights are planned for the software workstations: 4 for 190 employees at the German location. If the conditions are favorable, it is also possible to negotiate 7 admin rights for a good 400 employees (including the international locations).
