We are a trading company that stocks pipes and are looking for software that supports delivery note confirmation, including electronic signatures using mobile hardware and transfer to SAP. First, we want to get an overview of possible solutions.
The delivery notes should be able to be transferred directly from SAP to mobile devices. These devices will then be taken along by our own fleet (10-20 trucks) for delivery. After the goods have been delivered, the customer should be able to sign electronically on the mobile device on site. The complete digital delivery note, including the signature, should then be transferred back to SAP and linked to the delivery in the system.
SAP integration is therefore essential. Suitable hardware for electronic signatures still needs to be purchased.
The number of software workstations required cannot yet be precisely defined, but is likely to be between 10 and 20.
