Pest control company seeks business software

We are a service provider in the field of pest control and disinfection and are looking for a software solution for our “daily needs.”

The following requirements must be met:

• Creation of service records on site at the customer's premises (including signature capture)
• Forwarding performance records to customers and the office for invoicing purposes
• Document management, property-related assignment of documents in the sense of safety data sheets
• Time recording for employees
• Scheduling
• Maintenance modules that can be individually adjusted; from which backlog lists can be derived
• Optional: On-site scanning at the customer's premises – in our case, monitoring of individual rat bait boxes, ideally with online access for customers with information on whether an infestation has been detected or not
• Mac OS and iOS compatible or web-based

This involves two fixed software workstations in the office and at least five mobile access points via smartphone.
