Personnel service provider seeks software for interim projects

We are a personnel service provider and are looking for software for interim projects and time tracking for interim applicants that meets the following requirements:

• Create and save customer and applicant master data
• Create projects
• The customer should be able to enter or upload an overview of the applicants' hours
• Hourly wage calculator
• View total invoice
• Print and save invoice

For your information: We are in the early stages of working with interim staff. We therefore need software that clearly displays all important information such as customer, employee, and project, and helps us calculate hourly wages.

We would like to “rent” the software first and then purchase it after a certain period of time. We would also like to try out one or two demo versions.

A maximum of five users will access the software.
